The Goma was in founded in 2011. The gallery focuses in Contemporary Art in a variety of disciplines that have a conceptual, formal, or sociopolitical basis. The gallery’s commitment to the idiosyncrasies of contemporary Spanish art has been established at the same time as an international program with artists represented or in collaboration from abroad. Since its inception, the gallery has launched careers for emerging artists and has been a meeting point for artists, collectors and institutional figures alike and has formed an important environment for the development, dissemination and distribution of works of art and ideas. The space is located in the Barrio de las Letras, a cultural neighborhood in Madrid close to the main museums and a large part of the city’s contemporary art galleries.
The Goma does not accept unsolicited dossiers.
